polyfill.io now available on cdnjs: reduce your supply chain risk

After the acquisition of polyfill.io from a new entity, we decided to offer an alternative under cdnjs (managed by Cloudflare).
The motivation was mostly due to our concerns around the legitimacy of the new entity compared to the responsibility of managing polyfill.io, given, according to our records, it was loaded by more than 200k websites on the Internet.
